Printing a list is fast, easy, and convenient. There’s a Print button in the Options bar at the top of every list that will take you to where you can specify your printing preferences.

What are my printing options?

There are four different print formats available for printing your lists:

  • Single-line
  • Standard
  • Annotated
  • Two-column annotated

You can also choose to have your list sent to your personal or school e-mail account.

How do I print a list with more than 1,000 titles?

When a list contains more than 1,000 titles, the printed list is broken into pages and each one must be printed separately. Complete the usual procedure for printing a list by opening the list, clicking the Print button, selecting formatting and other options, and then choosing File > Print from your browser’s controls. When the first page is complete, click the Page >> button on the upper-right side of the list to move to the next page of the list. Select File > Print from your browser’s controls to print the next page and repeat until all pages are printed.
