Ordering on Titlewave

Can I use a credit card to purchase my order?

We accept school VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and procurement cards.

How do I confirm availability and guarantee pricing for titles not found on Titlewave?

On the Titlewave home page, under the words Ready to Order?, there is a Print Quotation button. This function allows you to submit lists to the Follett School Solutions staff to check the availability and price of the titles. When you click the Print Quotation button, a new screen will appear, showing the lists you have made. Lists that have items that need to be confirmed by Follett School Solutions will have an asterisk. Click the Send to Follett button next to the lists you wish to have confirmed. On the next screen, click the Submit Quote button. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, then a second e-mail to let you know when the quote is available in your Titlewave Inbox.

How do I calculate the sales tax on my order?

If you live in the state of Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Louisiana, North Carolina, or Washington, please contact Customer Service at 888.511.5114 ext. 45150 or 708.884.5150 for assistance.

How do I submit my order?

There are several ways to submit your order to Follett School Solutions. On the Titlewave home page, you can click on the name of the list in your Saved Lists box that you want to order, then click the Order Online button (found under the words Ready to Order?). Follow the directions to select the criteria and enter any special instructions for the order. When you reach the end of the process, click Place Order to send your order to us. You will receive an e-mail to confirm we have received your order.

If you are viewing your list, click the Order Online button above the Options pull-down menu. Follow the steps as outlined above to place your order.

If you don’t want to place your order online, you can print the list you created on Titlewave. To print a list, go to the Library home page and click on which list you wish to print in the Saved Lists box. Click the Print button and make your selections for how you would like the list to print. When you see the list in the format you chose, use your browser’s Print function to print the list (File->Print.) If you already have your list open, click the Print button above the Options bar and make your selections for how you would like the list to print, then use your browser’s Print function to print the list (File->Print.) What is your return policy?

Follett School Solutions will replace or issue credit for books and audiovisual materials that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly processed. Please contact our Customer Service Department (888.511.5114, ext. 45150 or 708.884.5150) for assistance.
