Follett School Solutions offers online delivery of MARC21 records with every order.

If you are interested in having MARC records available for download, contact your Sales Consultant or call Customer Service at 888.511.5114 ext. 45150 or 708.884.5150 to have your account enabled. This feature is available to all registered Titlewave users.

How do I know when my MARC records are ready to be downloaded?

You will receive an e-mail that tells you the MARC records are ready to be downloaded.

How do I download my MARC records?

Once you know your MARC records are available for download, go to the Titlewave home page. Click on the Your Account link to bring up your profile. Go into the MARC Records section and click the MARC Download Now/Download Again link for the appropriate order. Follow the instructions for downloading the MARC records.

How long are my MARC records available for downloading?

MARC records are available 6 months from the date of posting, which occurs on the day your order ships from our service center.

How do I know if my MARC records have already been downloaded?

To find out if your MARC records have already been downloaded, go to the Titlewave home page. Click the Your Account link to bring up your profile. In the MARC records section, look to see if the order has the word “History” in the MARC Records History column. If so, you can click the link to view the download history for that order. If the word “History” does not appear, the MARC records have not been previously downloaded.

Can I download my MARC records multiple times?

Yes, if you need to download your MARC records more than once, go to the Titlewave home page. Click the Your Account link to bring up your profile and click on the MARC Download button. If the records for an order have been downloaded previously, the words Download Again will appear in the Download MARC column. Click the link for the appropriate order and follow the instructions.

How do I stop receiving MARC download availability e-mails?

When your MARC download profile is enabled, the “Notify me by e-mail when new MARC records arrive” check box is automatically checked. To stop e-mail notification, go to the Titlewave home page and click the Your Account link. Click on the “Notify me by e-mail when new MARC records arrive” check box to remove the check mark, then click the Save button to update the MARC Records portion of your user profile.

How do I print my bar code report?

To print your bar code report, go to the Titlewave home page. Click on the Your Account link to bring up your profile. Click on the MARC Download button to see your records and click the View link for the appropriate order. Use your browser’s controls to print the page (File > Print.)
