FollettBound books come with a lifetime guarantee. If the binding fails, we will replace your original title, free of charge, as long as it is still in print. For more than 10 defective, books, please contact your Dedicated Customer Service Representative to obtain a return label. For up to 10 defective books, please complete the FollettBound replacement form with a list of the defective titles. Please allow three to four weeks for the replacement books to arrive.
