Order History on Titlewave

Titlewave offers you effortless order tracking from start to finish. The Order History feature allows you to check order status, track your order, print and view invoices, and see your order history all in one place. Order History is one more tool we offer to help make your job a little easier.

How do I view the status of my orders?

Order status can be viewed by accessing the “Order History” button on the Titlewave home. Order status is available for orders placed within the last school year through the present.

What does “Estimated Ship Date” mean?

This date is an estimate of when your order might ship. This estimate is calculated using current order turnaround time statistics. The actual ship date of your order may be different and is influenced by factors related to publisher title availability and your individual needs. Please contact Customer Service at the phone number or e-mail listed at the bottom of the page for specific information regarding your order.

How do I know what my order status is?

Your order status will be Open or Closed. In addition, under “Order History,” you will see one of the following:

In Process — Order has been received and is being processed.

Shipped — Order shipped from Follett School Solutions.

Cancelled — Order has been cancelled and is no longer being processed. Contact Customer Service at the phone number or e-mail listed at the bottom of the page for additional information.

When will the order total include my Cataloging and Processing charges?

Cataloging and Processing charges are included in the order total after your order has been shipped.

How can I view or print my invoice?

You can view your invoices by clicking on “View Invoice” under the invoice number on the “Order History” screen. To print, click File > Print from your browser's controls.

What does the “Wanted Titles” mean on the “Order History” screen?

This number represents the number of unique titles that were ordered.

Is my credit card/procurement card information secure?

Titlewave employs technological protections to ensure that your transaction process is safe and secure.

How do I track my order?

If your order has been shipped FedEx, simply click on the FedEx link located under the Shipment information in the “Order History” section. If your order was shipped freight (LTL), you may contact Customer Service at the phone number or e-mail listed at the bottom of the page for specific details.
